Dirección General de Costes de Personal

The Directorate General of Personnel Costs is in charge of exercising the competences legally attributed to the Ministry of Finance with regard to management, normative proposal, analysis and control of the compensation measures of personnel at the service of the public sector, as well as the of management of the relations of jobs and salaries of the personnel of the State Administration, and those of authorisation of the procurement and control of the salaries of labour personnel, including management personnel, of the state public sector.

It is also responsible for the processing and resolution proposal of the appeals filed against the resolutions of the Executive Committee of the Interministerial Compensation Commission, as well as any other resolutions that are under the responsibility of the Directorate General.
