Sociedad Estatal De Participaciones Industriales-SEPI
The State Industrial Holding Company –SEPI- is a public law entity created under Act 5/1996, of 10 January, on the creation of specific public law entities. Article 11 regulates its functions.

A significant initiative is the Strategic Companies Solvency Support Fund, created by virtue of Royal Decree-Act 25/2020, of 3 July, on urgent measures to support the reactivation of the economy and employment. This regulation also established the Management Council of this fund, an inter-ministry collegiate body affiliated to the Ministry of Finance through the Sub-Secretariat, which was given the responsibility of managing the Fund through SEPI.
