Non-tax revenue. Model 069. Procedures.
The following services are available to citizens: Obtaining form 069 for payment of certain receipts (currently only available for reimbursement of expenses for publication of notices in the BOE). Certificate of being up to date with the payment of reimbursement of subsidies. Consultation of forms 069 issued in your name relating to non-tax debts, as well as their payment. Management of deferred payment in instalments of non-tax debts.

- DANA 2024: In order to facilitate the payment of non-tax and non-customs debts by persons affected by the Isolated High Altitude Depression (DANA, for its initials in Spanish) that occurred between 28 October and 4 November 2024, and in accordance with Technical Note 1/2024 of the Sub directorate General for Territorial Coordination and Non-tax Collection of the Ministry of Finance, the maximum deadlines for resolving requests for payment by instalments or reconsideration of instalments currently being processed or to be submitted have been extended until 31 March 2025. Persons domiciled on 28 October 2024 in any of the municipalities or areas thereof listed in the Annex to Royal Decree-Law 6/2024, of 5 November, and those for whom the economic consequences of the damage caused by the DANA have led to losses of assets, a reduction in the volume of their sales, significant increases in their production costs or interruptions in the supply in the value chain and this is accredited to the Tax Office processing these applications, may benefit from these maximum periods. When the debts do not exceed 3,000.00 euros, the latter circumstances shall be accredited by means of a declaration of responsibility attached to the application form. For debts of a higher amount, they shall be supported by a supporting memorandum.

- If you do not have an electronic certificate or Cl@ve, you can get here an application form for payment in instalments of non-tax debts (Form 069) to be submitted at the Administration's registry assistance offices. WARNING: To avoid browser settings problems, once the form is opened, save it on your PC and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill it in correctly. Accessing the form.
