- This procedure is processed using the Common Electronic Registry Form of the General State Administration (REC) From “GO TO PROCEDURE” you can:
- Submit your request or complaint electronically
- Consult the status of your procedure
- Consult the information regarding access to said registry
- You can also submit your request or complaint through the rest of the options included in article 16.4 of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administration Procedure of Public Administrations.

- Requests for information accessibility must provide clear, factual reasons and a legitimate and reasonable request.
- The complaint outlines the areas where non-compliance has occurred.
