Centralised procurement

The Directorate General for Contract Rationalisation and Centralisation is the body which, as part of the Sub-Secretary of Finance, performs the duties of studying, planning, steering and monitoring centralised procurement processes in the sphere of the public sector and government.

It is also responsible for preparing and processing the centralised procurement contracts for supplies, works and services declared in this way in accordance with Article 206 of the Consolidated Text of the Public Sector Contracts Act.
